Our Analytics tab is built to make it easy for you to understand how your chatbot is performing whether through simple, general analytics or ones that dig deeper into details within the platform itself.

How to use the Analytics tab

Each plan offers you different access to analytics metrics where the Free and Basic plans give you access to the basic analytics, and the Pro and Premium plans give you access to the advanced analytics.

As the Analytics tab is now in Beta, all the metrics are entirely for free for you to try and discover.

Some metrics have two modes where you can view your analytics: a summary and a detailed version as shown below:

As you click on View Details on the lower right of the section, it shows you this detailed version:

You can also specify which stats you’d like to see according to the date, channel, and more. You’ll always find your options on the top right corner of every section.
